From Concept to Launch: Delivering a Cohesive Program Brand in Record Time
Transforming an ambitious concept into a tangible, professional, and fun experience for participants and partners alike.
REES + STAGER partnered with OHBA to bring the OHBA Futures Faster program to life, supporting a bold, new initiative designed to develop Ontario’s next generation of homebuilding leaders. Working with incredibly tight deadlines and no supporting materials, we shaped a fully realized program identity while the OHBA team was concurrently crafting the program from scratch.
Our work included developing the brand and marketing strategy, creating a digital presence and website, designing social graphics, newsletters, infographics, and participant kits, as well as conceptualizing and producing tradeshow booths, stickers, and other swag. All of this was executed in alignment with Ontario Skills Development funding requirements and Ministry guidelines, ensuring compliance while maintaining energy, excitement, and approachability.
By combining strategic thinking, high-touch creative execution, and nimble problem-solving, REES + STAGER helped OHBA Futures Faster launch a compelling, engaging program from nothing, transforming an ambitious concept into a tangible, professional, and fun experience for participants and partners alike.
